Secced has tripods for the new generation of DSLR cameras on up to payloads of 90 lbs and more for traditional film and broadcast cameras. Secced camcranes cover the ranges from a 4 meter Mini-Traveler for DV and ENG cameras right on up to ENG cameras on a three axis remote head at 12 meters on our SuperMan line.

You have the vision, but without a professional grade camera support you will not achieve the smooth and stable results that professionals require and use every day. To get those smooth moves without a camcrane, a fluid head tripod is a must. Our lineup covers everything from the serious hobbyist and prosumer to the studio professional, from the new generation DSLRs to studio TV cameras. Standard features on all our tripod kits include double extension legs, with separate adjustable drag settings for pan and tilt and adjustable counterbalance settings aswell. Each kit includes a tripod ("sticks"), fluid head, pan bar and floor spreader. Optional accessories include a mid-level ("off-floor") spreader and rubber feet, and a soft carry case. Traveler Series cranes are small and light yet fully featured. Starting with our Mini-Traveler at 4 meters, then we also have the 6 meter configuration. For our American consumers, 4 meters is about 13 feet, 6 meters is about 19 feet and 8 meters is about 25 feet. These jibs are superbly designed for maximum stability without compromise to light weight. Setup is both easy and fast. As the name suggests, this is an ideal choice for location work and a lot of moving around from set to set. Superman Cranes are larger and heavier than Travelers, but are by no means limited or confined to the studio! Sometimes you just need more reach or to handle a heavier camera. Superman Cranes are sold in 9.6M and 12M (about 32 feet and 39 feet) configurations, with or without the dutch roll option (third axis of motion). Like Travelers, the Superman system includes remote camera controls, remote motorized head and controls, all cables and electronics, and a dolly.
